聚环氧丙烷聚环氧丙烷polyprpyleneoxide环氧丙烷开环聚合物,属聚醚类。结构为。低分子量聚合物又称聚1,2-丙二醇,高分子量的称聚氧化丙烯。聚1,2-丙二醇为无色至棕色粘液,溶于一般有机溶剂,因其末端羟基的相对量大,有一定水溶性,并随分子量增加而减小,随温度增加而下降。聚氧化丙烯有的具有立体规整结构,可结晶,有的无规立构,呈非晶态弹性体性质,与催化剂有关。玻璃化温度-72~75℃,熔融温度60~75℃,耐臭氧、耐油、耐热老化,弹性、滞后性、累积热及低温挠曲性能均佳,可在-65~120℃使用,加工性能良好,可用硫和过氧化物共硫化。聚1,2-丙二醇由环氧丙烷在NaOH、KOH存在下与水、二元醇、多元醇或胺等反应生成,聚氧化丙烯由干燥单体进行配位聚合制备。催化剂可为烷基铝、烷基锌体系,亦可用三氯化铁。共聚可改进硫化性能,如环氧丙烷与6%烯丙基失水甘油醚共聚,有极佳硫化性能。聚1,2-丙二醇作液压流体、润滑剂、表面活性剂,聚氨酯的中间体。环氧丙烷与环氧乙烷的共聚物可作表面活性剂、破乳剂、润滑剂和淬火介质。聚氧化丙烯经硫化后可作橡胶座垫等制品。
