双酚A型聚碳酸酯分子式:CAS号:性质:学名为2,2-双(4′-羟基苯基)丙烷聚碳酸酯。分子主链含双酚A酯结构的聚碳酸酯。无味、无臭、无毒透明的无定形固体。对稀酸、氧化剂、还原剂、脂肪烃等稳定,不耐碱、胺、酮、脂及芳香烃,易溶于氯代烃。具有良好的热、电和机械等综合性能,特别是耐冲击、韧性好、蠕变小,制品尺寸稳定。可在-60~110℃长期使用,热变形温度(1.82MPa)135℃,玻璃化转变温度149℃,无明显熔点,热分解温度>310℃;吸水性小,高温电性能优良。有光气化法聚碳酸酯和酯交换法聚碳酸酯之分,性能略有差异。主要用于机械、电子、电器、医疗器械、仪表和军工等方面。
