硝基苯硝基苯nitrobenzene苯分子中一个氢原子被硝基取代而生成的化合物。分子式C6H5NO2。淡黄色的油状液体,有像杏仁油的特殊气味。熔点5.7℃,沸点210.8℃,相对密度1.2037(20/4℃)。微溶于水,溶于乙醇、乙醚、苯等。硝基是强钝化基,硝基苯须在较强的条件下才发生亲电取代反应,生成间位产物;有弱氧化作用,可用作氧化脱氢的氧化剂。硝基苯常用硝酸和硫酸的混合酸与苯反应制取。主要用于制取苯胺、联苯胺、偶氮苯等。硝基苯毒性较强,吸入大量蒸气或皮肤大量沾染,可引起急性中毒,使血红蛋白氧化或络合,血液变成深棕褐色,并引起头痛、恶心、呕吐等。
