浸渍  皮肤的角质层含水量过多,皮肤发白,起皱松软。易发生在长期从事湿式作业或手足多汗而汗液又不能及时擦干,致使手足皮肤长期处于湿热环境的人。常见于手掌、足跖及指(趾)缝,这是由于手掌、足跖无毛囊及皮脂腺,表面缺乏皮脂的保护作用,而该处又富含小汗腺,出汗较多,指(趾)间的液体又不易排除。浸渍的预防在于避免手足长期浸泡于水中或在湿热的气候环境中,鞋的透气性及吸湿性要好。治疗浸渍可外用收敛剂如单纯扑粉或炉甘石洗剂等。
