丙烯醛 CH2=CHCHO 无色、有毒、具有强烈刺激性气味的液体,沸点52.8℃,与水部分互溶。主要由丙烯氧化而成。 1959年,美国壳牌公司首先实现丙烯气相氧化工艺的工业化。后来采用了钼-铋系和锑系催化剂,并不断改进,丙烯醛的收率可达80%以上。工艺上,丙烯和空气(丙烯与氧的摩尔比为6~8)经预热后通入固定床或流化床反应器。反应温度300~400℃,压力为0.2~0.3MPa。反应产物除丙烯醛外,还有少量丙烯酸、醋酸、丙酮、乙醛和丙醛。反应气经冷却、洗涤、水吸收和汽提分馏后可获得丙烯醛产品。丙烯醛遇光易聚合,产品需避光并加阻聚剂。 丙烯醛是重要的有机合成中间体,可用于制造蛋氨酸作为畜禽的饲料添加剂。丙烯醛经还原生成的烯丙醇用作生产甘油的原料;经氧化成丙烯酸,可进一步制丙烯酸酯,后者用作丙烯酸酯涂料。此外,丙烯醛的二聚体可用于制二醛类化合物,广泛用作造纸、鞣革和纺织助剂。
