氢解分子式:CAS号:性质:又称破坏加氢(destructive hydrogenation)。有机化合物在加氢的同时发生分解的反应。氢解需在催化剂作用下进行,即催化氢解反应(catalytic hydrogenolysis)。苯甲醇型化合物在铂或铂的催化下在室温就可以加氢分解,例如:C6H5CH2OH+H2C6H5CH3+H2O因此,在有机合成中,常常以苄基为羟基的保护基。在多肽合成中,则用苄氧羰基保护氨基,形成肽键后再行氢解除去。酯类在氧化铜铬催化下可以氢解为两个分子的醇。酰氯在以硫酸钡为载体的钯催化下,可以氢解为醛,这是制备醛的一个重要方法。
