铝酸钠溶液脱硅铝酸钠溶液脱硅desilication of sodium aluminate liquor 旧suanna rongye tuogui铝酸钠溶液脱硅(desilieation of sodium alu-minate liquor)从铝酸钠溶液中清除氧化硅的过程。是烧结法或化铝生产过程为确保产品质量所设的专门作业。在铝酸盐熟料溶出液中,一般含A120:约1209/L,含5102高达4.5~6.09/L,AI:O。与510:的质量比约20~30。称A12O3/510:为脱硅程度,用A/S表示。这种510:过饱和度很高的溶出粗液在铝酸钠溶液破酸化分解时,会有大量510:随氢氧化铝一起析出,导致产品质量不合要求。因此,在铝酸钠溶液碳酸化分解之前,粗溶出液须经专门脱硅处理,以制成精液。脱硅程度越深,铝酸钠溶液碳酸化的分解率和产量也越高。 在20世纪60年代以前,烧结法生产氧化铝厂多采用在423一443K的压煮器中进行一段脱硅的方法,精液脱硅程度A/S可达400。60年代以后,在一段脱硅的基础上,改进用在常压下加石灰进行二段脱硅的方法,精液脱硅程度A/S达到1000~1500。在80年代,对超深度脱硅的试验研究取得了突破性进展,精液脱硅程度A/S可达500。以上。 原理铝酸钠溶液脱硅的实质是使溶液中5102转变为溶解度很小的化合物析出。有两种可以使510:生成难溶化合物析出的方法。一种是使510:转变成为方钠石析出,另一种是加石灰使510:成为水化石榴石析出。这两种化合物在铝酸钠溶液中各有不同的平衡溶解度。 510:在铝酸钠溶液中与Na:0、A几03的平衡浓度有如下关系:S平=(2,6一2.7)x 10一5 x NaZoxA12O3(g/L)。当溶液温度为373~453K时,温度对510:平衡浓度的影响很小,但对S心:呈介稳状态的铝酸钠溶液的脱硅动力学影响很大。在373一453K温度范围内,提高温度,可加速脱硅反应: 1 .7Na:5103+ZNaAI(OH);一NaZO·A12Os·1.75102·H:O+3.4NaOH+1.3H:O脱硅反应产物为方钠石型水合铝硅酸钠。加入活性水合铝硅酸钠晶种,也可促进方钠石的析出;在提高搏液温度、加入晶种和搅拌等条件下,可使大部分硅从溶液中析出,510:的浓度可由4~6g/L降低到。.豁~o·309/L。 向铝酸钠溶液中加石灰按反应:3Ca(OH)2+ZNaAI(OH)‘+nNaZSIO3— 3CaO·A12O3·nsiOZ·(6一Zn)H:O+2(l+n) NaOH+nHZO析出水化石榴石固溶体。平衡溶解度比方钠石小得多。溶液加石灰处理能使510:浓度降低到0.02~0.059/L。称水化石榴石3CaO·A120:.nsiO:.(6一Zn)HZO中的,值为510:的饱和度,在溶液常压沸点的条件下,n=0.1~0.2。
