芳烃芳烃aromatichydrocarbon分子中含有苯环的一类烃。主要来源于石油和煤焦油。最简单和最重要的芳烃是苯及其同系物甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯等,苯乙烯是一种重要的含有不饱和取代基的芳烃。这些化合物都只含有一个苯环,称为单环芳烃。两个或两个以上苯环共有两个相邻的碳原子者,称为稠环芳烃,如萘、蒽、菲等。芳烃还有由两个或两个以上苯环以单键直接连接而成的,如联苯;又有通过碳链相连的,后者可看作是脂链烃的多苯基取代物,如二苯甲烷。命名苯的同系物作为苯的烷基取代物命名,例如:邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、1,2,3-三甲苯(连三甲苯)、1,2,4-三甲苯、1,3,5-三甲苯(均三甲苯)。有的芳烃作为脂链烃的苯基衍生物命名,例如:苯乙烯、苯乙炔、三苯甲烷。稠环芳烃一般用习惯名,如萘、蒽、菲等,它们的烃基取代物的命名与单环芳烃相似。性质芳烃至少含有6个碳原子,都是液体或固体。稠环芳烃除茚外都是固体。芳烃不溶于水,能溶于有机溶剂。芳烃具有芳香性,不易起加成反应,易起取代反应,对热和氧化剂比较稳定。苯的羟基化合物呈弱酸性。制法石油馏分(如石脑油)中的烷烃在催化剂存在下成环去氢,生成芳烃,这是工业上生产芳烃的主要方法。芳烃也可从某些含芳烃的石油中提取。煤焦油中芳烃的含量约为25%,其中包括许多稠环芳烃。有些芳烃还可用合成法生产。应用芳烃特别是单环芳烃是重要的化工原料,液体芳烃还可用作溶剂,油漆、涂料等易溶于芳烃中。毒性液体芳烃同皮肤反复或长期接触,会因脱水和脱脂而引起皮炎。芳烃蒸气对粘膜的刺激作用大于脂链烃或脂环烃。苯蒸气对造血功能有特殊的损伤作用,动物试验证明,烷基苯没有这种作用。有些稠环芳烃,如1,2-苯并芘有致癌作用。
