丁二酮肟分子式:C4H8N2O2分子量:116.12CAS号:95-45-4性质:白色晶体。熔点238-240℃。溶于醇、醚、丙酮和吡啶。每升水只能溶解0.5g,在氯仿、甲苯、二甲苯中溶解度也很小。制备方法:由丁二酮一肟与羟胺-磺酸钠反应而得。将丁二酮一肟加入羟胺-磺酸钠溶液中,加热至70℃,并维持温热数小时,析出丁二酮肟晶体,冷却后立即过滤,用冰水洗涤至不再含用硫酸根,即得。羟胺-磺酸钠可按以下方法制备:将亚硝酸钠与碎冰混合,边搅拌边加入亚硫酸氢钠与水配成的悬浮液,然后在搅拌下从液面下加入冰醋酸,随后再加入浓盐酸和碎冰,使反应液一直保持在0℃以下,用刚果红试纸试验呈酸性反应,过滤除去不溶性沉淀即得羟胺-磺酸钠溶液。用途:分析试剂。
