三氯氢硅 又称硅氯仿。甲硅烷的三氯代物,化学式SiHCl3。为一种易流动的无色液体;熔点-126.5℃,沸点 33℃,密度1.34克/厘米3;能溶于苯、氯仿和二硫化碳。 三氯氢硅在水中发生水解作用,生成聚合的HSiO1.5,其结构像聚硅氧烯(H2SiO)n。三氯氢硅与乙醇反应生成硅酸的酯类和氯化氢: SiHCl3+3C2H5OH─→SiH(OC2H5)3+3HCl在有机过氧化物催化下,能与α烯烃起加成反应,例如: 与丙烯腈作用,发生两种加成反应: 在金属钠的作用下,会还原成一种聚合的不饱和氢化硅: xSiHCl3+3xNa─→(SiH)x+3xNaCl硅氯仿和四氟化锡在封闭管中加热,可得到硅氟仿: 4SiHCl3+3SnF4─→4SiHF3+3SnCl4三氯氢硅可由氯化氢在350℃时与单质硅反应来制备: Si+3HCl─→SiHCl3+H2三氯氢硅易被精镏提纯,是生产纯硅的中间原料。
