脱缩酮反应分子式:CAS号:性质:缩酮(ketal)在酸催化下水解分解成原来的酮和醇的反应,是缩酮化反应的逆反应。与缩醛类似,缩酮的主要特性是在碱性条件下稳定,而在稀酸作用下能水解成原来的酮和醇。因此,在有机合成中,常常利用这个性质,达到在反应过程中保护酮羰基的目的。最常用的保护酮羰基的醇是乙二醇。
