喹喔啉分子式:CAS号:性质:又称苯并吡嗪。熔点30℃;沸点225℃(常压),112~115℃(2.26kPa)。溶于水、乙醇、乙醚、丙酮及苯。呈弱碱性,pKa≈0.8(水,20℃)。其氯化氢盐熔点184℃,硫酸盐熔点186~187℃。与碘甲烷形成季铵盐(熔点175℃)。与亲电试剂难以进行取代反应,与亲核试剂的反应近似吡嗪。由邻苯二酚与乙二胺反应,生成物再经脱氢制取,或由邻苯二胺与乙二醛反应制得。用作有机合成试剂。
