微生物膜分子式:CAS号:性质:又称微生物膜。(一)生长在流动水体内固体物表面上的一层由各种微生物组成的滑腻的暗色薄膜,有净化水质功能。其表层一般为好氧菌,如芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)和假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)等,中层为大量兼性厌氧菌,如产碱杆菌属(Alcaligenes)、黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)、无色杆菌属(Achromobacter)、黄杆菌属(Micrococcus)和动胶菌属(Zoogloea)等,内层则为专性厌氧菌,如脱硫弧菌属(Desulfovibrio)等。此外,还有丰富的原生动物在其上吞食细菌等有机物。脂类和蛋白质为主组成的膜系结构。厚约6~10nm,作为细胞的界限或将细胞分隔成多个区域,使细胞内酶和代谢物分隔分布,以利于对代谢的调控。膜脂类主要是磷脂,具有亲水的头部基团和疏水的烃链,在水中能自发形成双分子层,其中亲水的头部朝向水介质,疏水烃链排斥水而紧密相聚,因而双分子层之间不含水。在连续的磷脂双分子层上镶嵌着蛋白质,有的蛋白质通过疏水性残基插入或贯穿脂质双层(称整合蛋白),有的则通过非共价键与整合蛋白或脂质的极性基团结合(称外周蛋白)。不同类型的生物膜膜蛋白含量和种类不同,髓鞘膜作为电绝缘体含蛋白质仅约18%,线粒体作为氧化磷酸化场所含蛋白质量达75%。膜蛋白的含量和种类是决定生物膜功能的主要因素。膜蛋白(许多是糖蛋白)具有各种各样的功能,例如,作为载体,介导水溶性物质主动或被动跨膜运输;作为激素和其他信息分子的受体;各种酶等;有些膜蛋白还起支持细胞结构的作用。(二)生物黏膜。
