磷化物  磷与电负性低的元素所形成的二元无机化合物。可分两类:①离子型磷化物,包括碱金属、碱土金属和锌、铝等的磷化物。这类化合物可以看为磷化氢的衍生物,其中氢原子等当量地被金属原子所取代。离子型磷化物大都容易水解,更易被酸分解。例如,磷化钙Ca3P2容易与水反应,生成磷化氢和氢氧化物;磷化锌Zn3P2与水反应缓慢,但容易与酸反应。②金属型磷化物,包括多数重金属的磷化物。它们在组成和外貌上都与金属互化物相似,大都不易被水或酸分解。    磷化钙为红棕色晶体或灰色粒状物质,熔点约1600℃,相对密度2.51;溶于酸,不溶于乙醇和乙醚;由磷酸钙用铝或碳加热还原而制得;用于制磷化氢和信号弹、烟火等。磷化锌为深灰色粉末,有恶臭,熔点在420℃以上,遇火不燃,密度4.55克/厘米3(18℃);微溶于碱液和油类;在空气中能吸水分解。由锌粉与红磷在550℃作用而成含量为2%~3%的磷化锌毒饵,用于毒杀家鼠、田鼠等。磷化铝为灰黄色晶体或粉末,不熔融,不升华,加热到1000℃也不分解,着火温度约100℃,相对密度2.85;由铝粉与红磷用电流或火焰在650℃作用而成;磷化铝须干燥存放,遇潮湿或酸时放出剧毒的磷化氢气体;在谷仓用作杀灭害虫的熏蒸剂。
