哒嗪 又称邻二氮苯。两个氮原子相邻的六元杂环化合物,分子式C4H4N2。它与嘧啶和吡嗪互为同分异构体。它的两个非极性极限式a和b的相似性没有嘧啶和吡嗪那样高,a更为稳定,因此b参加共振较少: 哒嗪熔点-8℃,沸点208℃,相对密度1.1035(20/4℃);溶于水、 乙醇和苯。哒嗪是一个弱碱(pKa2.33),与苦味酸、盐酸等形成盐。哒嗪不容易发生芳香的亲核和亲电取代反应;对高锰酸钾也很稳定;用醇和钠还原,即被开环而生成1,4-二氨基丁烷。 哒嗪及其衍生物可用 1,4-二羰基化合物与肼缩合(见缩合反应)形成二氢哒嗪,然后再经氧化形成哒嗪或哒嗪酮。利用这一反应,可以把邻苯二甲亚胺的亚胺部分替代出来: 长效磺胺药物 SMP是哒嗪的一个衍生物。哒嗪与苯并联,生成两种邻二氮杂萘,称为噌啉和酞啉。许多4-氨 基噌啉衍生物具有抗疟的作用。酞啉的杂环部分被羟基取代的衍生物,具有发光的作用。
