场效应生物传感器分子式:CAS号:性质:将生物技术与晶体管工艺结合而产生的第三代生物传感器。离子选择性场效应晶体管(ISFET)是最早研制的、超小型、测定生物样品的pH值的传感器。将酶或其他分子识别物质和ISFET结合,便构成场效应生物传感器。只要生化反应中能产生离子浓度,包括pH值变化,就可由ISFET测定。如在ISFET绝缘层上固定青霉素酶,即构成青霉素传感器,它遇到青霉素即被水解而成青霉噻唑酸(较强的酸),引起pH值下降,即可反映出青霉素的浓度。
