氯苯酚 苯酚的一元氯代衍生物,分子式ClC6H4OH。有邻、间、对氯苯酚三种同分异构体。邻氯苯酚为无色液体;熔点9.0℃,沸点174.9℃,相对密度1.2634(20/4℃);溶于醇、醚、苯、碱水溶液,微溶于水。间氯苯酚为无色固体;熔点33℃,沸点214℃,密度1.268克/厘米3(25℃);溶于醇、醚、苯、碱水溶液。对氯苯酚为无色固体;熔点43~44℃,沸点219.7℃;溶于醇、醚、苯。 邻和对氯苯酚由苯酚直接氯化而得。前者发生分子内缔合作用,其沸点比分子间发生缔合的对氯苯酚为低,可用蒸馏的方法把两种异构体分开。 间氯苯酚用其他的方法制取,例如: 上述各种制法在工业和实验室中都可使用。苯酚直接氯化时,如果氯量足够大,则可生成2,4,6-三氯苯酚。如用次氯酸与苯酚反应,只生成邻氯苯酚。在四氯化碳中,用次氯酸三级丁基酯与苯酚反应,也只得邻氯苯酚: 用苯酚与硫酰氯 SO2Cl2反应,生成邻氯苯酚和对氯苯酚,经减压分馏,可得62%的对氯苯酚。 氯苯酚是比苯酚强的杀菌剂和防腐剂,是重要的工业原料;还可用作局部消毒剂。 氯苯酚通过皮肤接触吸收,对肝、肾、肺有损伤,溶入溶剂中毒性更大;吸入后能引起呼吸加快、血压升高、发热、肠蠕动增加、运动神经衰弱、虚脱、痉挛,以致死亡。
