1,4-丁二醇 分子式  HOCH2CH2CH2CH2OH   CAS号  110-63-4  性质  无色油状液体,可燃,能与水混溶。溶于甲醇、乙醇、丙酮,微溶于乙醚。沸点228℃。熔点20.2℃。闪点(开杯)121℃。相对密度1.0171(20/4℃)。折射率nD(20℃)1.4461。   用途  用作溶剂和增湿剂,也用于制药和合成树脂,在电镀行业中用作增亮剂   毒性   有毒。附着在患病或负伤的皮肤上或饮用时,起初会呈现麻醉作用,引起肝和肾特殊的病理改变,然后由于中枢神经麻痹而(无长时间的潜伏)突然死亡。白鼠经口LD50为210~420mg/kg。生产设备应密闭,防止泄漏,操作人员穿戴防护用具。皮肤有创伤的人严禁与本品接触。  包装储运  采用铝、不锈钢、镀锌铁桶或塑料桶包装,或以槽车按易燃有毒物品规定贮运。因熔点高达20℃,槽车中应装有加热管。
