PKA分子式:CAS号:性质:一种依赖cAMP的蛋白激酶。它由4个亚基组成,2个相同的调节亚基(R)和2个相同的催化亚基(C)。有两种同酶形式,I型和Ⅱ型,它们之间的催化亚基相同而调节亚基不同。四聚体全酶(R2C2)处于无活性状态,当4分子cAMP结合到两个调节亚基的结合部位时,无活性的四聚体介离,产生具有酶活性的游离催化亚基以及调节亚基与cAMP的复合物(R-cAMP)。PKA的作用底物包括膜蛋白、胞浆蛋白和核内蛋白,使多种蛋白质的丝氨酸或苏氨酸羟基的磷酸化,并由此引起一系列生化反应。
