α-吡喃酮分子式:CAS号:性质:又名香豆灵(coumalin)。可看作5-羟基-2,4-戊二烯酸的内酯。无色有干草气味的液体。熔点5℃。沸点206~209℃。折射率1.5272,相对密度1.200。与水混溶,溶于乙醇。可与碱发生水解反应,形成1-甲酰基2-丁烯酸。与马来酸酐发生狄尔斯-阿德尔反应Diels-Alder reaction。α-吡喃酮无天然存在,但它的许多衍生物是重要的天然产物。
