2-溴吡啶分子式:C5H4BrN分子量:157.92CAS号:109-04-6性质:浅黄色油状液体。沸点193-194℃,74-75℃(1.73kPa),相对密度1.657(15/4℃),折光率1.5734。能与乙醇、乙醚、苯和吡啶相混溶,尚溶于水。制备方法:由2-氨基吡啶经溴化而得。工业生产中是先将氢溴酸(48%以上)冷至0℃以下,慢慢加入2-氨基吡啶,然后在盐浴冷冻下滴加液溴,加入速度以控制反应温度在-5℃以下为宜。加完后滴加亚硝酸钠水溶液,控制反应温度在0℃以下,搅拌20-30min,滴加50%氢氧化钠溶液,反应液用乙醚提取、水洗,以无水硫酸钠干燥、过滤,回收乙醚,残留物经减压蒸馏,收集88℃-94℃/3333Pa馏份,即得成品,收率83.8%。用途:有机合成,医药中间体。在医药工业中用于合成心脏病类药双异丙吡胺(磷酸丙吡胺)等。
