特种表面活性剂分子式：CAS号：性质：利用氟碳链或硅链为疏水基的表面活性剂以及含有金属的表面活性剂的总称。可分为(1)氟系表面活性剂。其疏水基为稳定的全氟烷基，与烃基相比降低表面张力大。用作石油火灾灭火剂及金属电镀浴的添加剂等。采用电解氟化法、调聚法、齐聚法制得。成本高，产量不大。有阳离子型、阴离子型及非离子型。(2)硅系表面活性剂及含钛、锡等金属表面活性剂。近年出现的新产品，硅系产品降低表面张力值高于氟系产品，平滑性能也很好。多缩二元醇型硅系产品可用作聚氨酯泡沫的整泡剂以及用于化妆品。也用作硅油乳化剂及增强塑料用的玻璃纤维表面处理剂。氧化钛和环氧乙烷的加成物可用作无机染料在有机溶剂中的分散剂。(3)硼系表面活性剂及其他由硼酸和醇类合成，由于硼原子和氧原子在分子中形成半极性键，又称其为半极性有机硼表面活性剂。
