富集富集enrichment从大量母体物质中搜集欲测定的痕量元素至一较小体积,从而提高其含量至测定下限以上的这一操作步骤。试样中含量少于0.01%的痕量物质,如果它的含量低于分析方法的测定下限,就必须采用预富集的方法。共沉淀富集法加沉淀剂于试液中,有沉淀生成,痕量元素随之共沉淀析出,滤出沉淀,并用小体积溶剂溶解,使痕量物质富集。载带痕量元素的沉淀称为搜集剂,也称载体或共沉淀剂。搜集剂可分为:①无机搜集剂。通常是微溶的金属硫化物、氢氧化物或含氧酸盐等。其作用是利用形成混晶或固溶体、沉淀吸附作用、包藏作用,使搜集剂把痕量元素载带下来。②有机搜集剂。待测金属离子先和简单阴离子(例如卤素离子、硫氰酸根离子等)生成络阴离子,再与分子量较大的有机阳离子(碱性染料,如甲基紫、孔雀绿、次甲基蓝等)形成难溶的离子缔合物,然后被有机阳离子与简单阴离子所生成的沉淀载带下来。有机搜集剂易于灼烧除去,可以不干扰富集后的痕量元素的测定。还有一类有机搜集剂叫作惰性搜集剂,如酚酞等,其作用类似固体萃取剂,而与吸附及生成混晶等无关。泡沫浮选法①离子浮选法。由于表面活性剂离子具有一端亲水,另一端疏水的两亲特性,如果它和试液中待富集的痕量离子能生成离子缔合物,这类缔合物就有富集在气液界面的倾向。在试液中通入氮气使生成泡沫,痕量离子就被泡沫浮选。适当控制试液中的pH值、离子强度和表面活性剂浓度(低于临界胶束浓度),可得很高的富集效率。②胶体吸附浮选法。用胶体搜集剂吸附被富集的元素,再加入与胶体带相反电荷的表面活性剂,然后通气浮选。常用的胶体有氢氧化铁、氢氧化铝和硫化物等。其他方法多孔物质富集是用泡沫塑料、巯基棉、活性炭、分子筛等多孔物质吸附痕量元素,也可得到很好的富集效果,中国在痕量贵金属的富集和分析中,常采用这一方法。其他像色谱法、离子交换、溶剂萃取、升华、挥发、蒸馏、选择溶解、汞齐作用等,也是常用的富集方法。
