岩白菜素【通用名称】岩白菜素 【其他名称】岩白菜素 岩白菜素 拼音名:Yanbaicaisu 英文名:BERGENINUM 书页号:2000年版一部-169 C14H16O9 328.27 【性状】 本品为白色疏松的针状结晶或结晶性粉末;无臭,味苦;遇光或热渐变 色。 本品在甲醇中溶解,在水或乙醇中微溶。 熔点 取本品,在 130℃干燥后,依法测定(附录Ⅶ C),熔点为 232~ 240℃。 比旋度 取本品,精密称定,加甲醇制成每 1ml含20mg的溶液,依法测定(附录Ⅶ E ),按干燥品计算,比旋度为-38°至-45°。 【鉴别】 (1) 取本品50mg,加水10ml,加热使溶解,放冷,取溶液1ml,加每1ml 中含三氯化铁试液 1滴的铁氰化钾试液 2滴,显翠绿色,后变为蓝色。 (2) 取本品5mg,加甲醇1ml 使溶解,加7%盐酸羟胺的甲醇溶液数滴,再加10%氢氧 化钾甲醇溶液使呈碱性,加热至微沸,放冷,加稀盐酸使呈酸性,加 1%三氯化铁乙 醇溶液1~2滴,显紫红色。 (3) 取本品[含量测定]项下制备的溶液,照分光光度法(附录Ⅴ A)测定,在 275nm与220nm 的波长处有最大吸收。 【检查】 干燥失重 取本品,在 130℃干燥至恒重,减失重量不得过 6.0%(附 录Ⅸ G)。 炽灼残渣 不得过0.1%(附录Ⅸ J)。 【含量测定】 取本品约20mg,精密称定,置50ml量瓶中,加甲醇溶解并稀释至刻 度, 摇匀,精密量取1ml,置25ml量瓶中,加甲醇至刻度,摇匀。照分光光度法(附录 Ⅴ A),在275nm 的波长处测定吸收度,按岩白菜素(C14H16O9)的吸收系数(E1% 1cm) 248计算,即得。 本品按干燥品计算,含岩白菜素(C14H16O9)应为97.0%~103.0%。 【功能与主治】 镇咳祛痰。用于慢性支气管炎。 【用法与用量】 口服,一次0.125g,一日3 次。 【贮藏】 遮光,密闭。
