氟乙酰胺分子式：C2H4FNO分子量：77.060CAS号：640-19-7性质：白色针状结晶。熔点107-109℃。易溶于水，丙酮，难溶于氯仿，加热能升华，高于170℃时易分解。制备方法：由氯乙酰胺氟化而得。氟化反应可在二甲苯，四氯乙烯等溶剂中进行；也可采用干法（无溶剂法），即干燥的氯乙酰胺和氟化剂KF加热反应。干法较简便，没有防爆要求，收率也较溶剂法高。将干燥的氟化钾和氯乙酰胺按1.5:1(摩尔比）放入球磨机球磨半小时，把此混料放入预热好的卧式氟化釜，减压下加热反应，得含量为95%的氟乙酰胺，收率72-75%。用途：氟乙酰胺用于防治棉花，大豆，高梁，小麦，苹果等蚜虫，柑桔介壳虫及森林螨类等效果很好，尤其对棉花抗性蚜虫特别有效。也用作杀鼠剂。氟乙酰胺对消化道粘膜有一定刺激作用。口服中毒除出现消化道症状外，主要表现为中枢神经系统的过度兴奋，烦燥不安，肌肉震颤，反复发作的全身阵发性和强直性抽搐，部分患者出现精神障碍，该药易损害心肌。我国从1982年6月5日起禁止使用含氟乙酰胺的农药和杀鼠剂，并停止其登记。我国早在1976年就已明令停止生产，1982年，农牧渔业部，卫生部颁发的《农药安全使用规定》中明文规定：不许把氟乙酰胺做为灭鼠药销售和使用。
