邻苯基苯酚分子式:C12H10O分子量:170.21CAS号:90-43-7性质:白色针状结晶,熔点55.7-57.5℃,沸点275℃(280-284℃),152-154℃(2.0kPa),145(1.87kPa),闪点123℃,溶于醇及氢氧化钠溶液,几乎不溶于水,微有特殊气味。制备方法:可由磺化法生产苯酚的蒸馏残渣中回收。苯酚的蒸馏残渣含苯基苯酚40%左右,其它成分为苯酚、无机盐、水等。经真空蒸馏,分离出混位苯基苯酚馏分段,真空度为53.3-66.7kPa,温度在65-75℃开始截取至100℃以上,但不得超过1345℃。再利用邻、对位羟基联苯在三氯乙烯中溶解度的不同,将二者分离为纯净物。将混合位物(主要2-羟基联苯和4-羟基联苯)加热溶解于三氯乙烯中,经冷却,先析出4-羟基联苯结晶,经离心过滤、干燥得至4-羟基联苯。母液用碳酸钠溶液洗涤,再加稀碱液使2-羟基联苯成盐。静置分层后,取上层2-羟基联苯钠盐减压脱水,即得钠盐成品。2-羟基联苯钠盐为白色至淡红色粉末。极易溶于水,在100g水中可溶122g,2%的水溶液pH为11.1-12.2。亦易溶于丙酮、甲醇,溶于甘油,但不溶于油脂。2-羟基联苯钠盐经酸化可制得2-羟基联苯,两者都是食品添加剂。用途:2-羟基联苯用作疏水性合成纤维氯纶、涤纶等采用载体染色法时的载体,表面活性剂,杀菌防腐剂,染料中间体。在日本,2-羟基联苯及基钠盐用于柑桔的防霉。在蜡中混入0.8%的本品,采用喷雾法在收获后的柑桔上,也可与联苯并用,可使腐兰降至最低限度。英、美、加拿大允许使用的水果范围较大,还包括苹果、梨、菠萝等。该品作为防腐剂还用于化妆品。2-羟基联苯对大鼠口服LD50为2.7-3.0g/kg。
