恒星敏感器 对恒星辐射敏感，并借此获取航天器相对于惯性空间的姿态信息的光学敏感器，简称星敏感器。适用于航天器的轨道控制和高精度的姿态控制。星敏感器分为星扫描器(又称星图仪)和星跟踪器两类。①星扫描器：它的视场对天空作扫描运动,先后感受多个恒星的星光,从而得到不同恒星的扫描角（敏感器的运动部分绕扫描轴的转角）。这些扫描角是姿态的函数。②星跟踪器：在一段时间内持续地跟踪某个或某些恒星。早期的星跟踪器具有装在框架上的光学系统，通过光学系统的运动对恒星进行跟踪。其后出现了以析象管等器件为探测器的星跟踪器和以阵列式器件为探测器的凝视型星跟踪器，它们的视场较大，能同时跟踪多个恒星，并能分辨出它们在视场中的方位。由于恒星的角直径极小，恒星敏感器有可能达到极高的测角精度(已达 1角秒数量级)。恒星的数目极多,如果不能正确地识别已探测到的恒星(认出它们的名字),恒星敏感器便无法工作。恒星识别的方法是将测得的恒星方位和星光强度同星表中的数据进行比较。因此，为得到航天器的姿态信息，星敏感器的数据处理要由计算机完成。
