钽试剂分子式:C13H11NO2分子量:213.24CAS号:304-88-1性质:白色结晶性粉末。熔点,123-124℃。溶于醇、苯、醚、氯仿、环己酮及乙酸,极微溶于冷水。热水中溶解度约0.5%。对光、热及空气很稳定。制备方法:将苯胲溶于热水,加入碳酸氢钠,搅拌下滴加苯甲酰氯,并分次补加碳酸氢钠,保持反应液呈碱性。加料后继续搅拌反应1.5h。滤出固体产物苯甲酰苯胲和二苯甲酰苯胲,水洗后,用碳酸氢钠除去苯甲酰氯,然后,用浓氨水溶解混合物中的苯甲酰苯胲(二苯甲酰苯胲不溶于浓氨水),从滤液浓缩、冷却析出成品苯甲酰苯胲。用途:用于钒的光度测定,钽和铌的分离,钪、锆、钼、铍、铁、钛、铝及铜的重量测定,铈、钴、钛及钒的比色测定。
