1.White organic light-emitting diode with a structure of ITO/NPB(N,N -di(1-naphthyl)-N,N -diphenyl-(1,1 -biphenyl-4,4 -ylenediamine)/BCP(2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline)/Zn[2-(p-biPh)-8-Q-O]2/Al was fabricated and its electroluminescent mechanism was studied.利用该材料制备了新型白光有机电致发光器件(OLED),其结构为:ITO/NPB(N,N'-双(1-萘基)-N,N'-二苯基-1,1'-二苯基-4,4'-二胺)/BCP(2,9-二甲基-4,7-二苯基-1,10-菲咯啉)/Zn[2-(p-biPh)-8-Q-O]2/Al。
