双肼苯肽嗪分子式:C8H10N6分子量:190.21CAS号:484-23-1性质:橙色针状结晶。约180℃分解。一般临床应用者为其硫酸盐,C8H10N6·H2SO4,[2740-03-6],白色针状结晶,熔点233℃(分解),略溶于沸水,微溶于水或乙醇。制备方法:由二氯酞嗪([4752-10-7])经醚化、肼化而得。用途:该品为降压药。可直接作用于周围血管,降低血压。在降压的同时,心、脑、肾和内脏血流量增加,并伴有肾素分泌增加及水钠潴留。通常与其他药物联合治疗各型高血压。因降低舒张压明显及增加血流量,尤其适合肾功能不全和舒张压高的患者,很少出现直立性低血压。还可用作含羰基高分子化合物的交链剂、络合剂及应用于分析化学方面。
