均匀沉淀法均匀沉淀法是利用某一化学反应使溶液中的构晶离子由溶液中缓慢均匀地释放出来,通过控制溶液中沉淀剂浓度,保证溶液中的沉淀处于一种平衡状态,从而均匀的析出。通常加入的沉液剂, 不立刻与被沉淀组分发生反应, 而是通过化学反应使沉淀剂在整个溶液中缓慢生成,克服了由外部向溶液中直接加入沉淀剂而造成沉淀剂的局部不均匀性。对于氧化物纳米粉体的制备,常用的沉淀剂尿素,其水溶液在70℃左右可发生分解反应而生成nh4oh,起到沉淀剂的作用,得到金属氢氧化物或碱式盐沉淀,尿素的分解反应如下:(nh2)2co + 3h2o = 2nh4oh + co2通过强迫水解方法也可以进行均相沉淀。该法得到的产品颗粒均匀、致密, 便于过滤洗涤, 是目前工业化看好的一种方法。
