交流阻抗技术 电化学暂态技术的一种。常用的是正弦波交流阻抗技术。控制电极电流(或电极电势)使按正弦波规律随时间小幅度变化,同时测量作为其响应的电极电势(或电流)随时间的变化规律。这一响应经常以直接测得的电极系统的交流阻抗Z或导纳Y来代替。电极阻抗一般用复数表示,即Z=Z′-jZ ″(或Y=Y′-jY″),虚部常是电容性的,因此Z ″前用负号。测量电极阻抗的方法总是围绕解决测量实部和虚部这两个成分或模和相位角。 测量技术 交流电桥技术 测量仪器见图1,电桥平衡时:,式中ω为正弦扰动信号的角频率。 利萨如图法 将交流扰动信号及其响应分别输入示波器或函数记录仪的x和y通道,得到利萨如图(图2),电极阻抗Z的模ㄧZㄧ和幅角θ由下式计算: 相敏检测技术 测量仪器框图之一见图3,相敏检测部件为图中的相关器。同时输入被测信号和与它同频率的参考信号,二信号同相位时,相关器测出电极阻抗的实部;二信号相位差90°时,相关器测出电极阻抗虚部。常用作相敏检测部件的有相敏检测器、锁定放大器、频率响应分析器等。 选相调辉技术 在扰动信号的π/2,3π/2,5π/2,...相位和0,π,2π,...相位时,分别用示波器测出响应信号的幅度,该幅度分别正比于电极阻抗或导纳的实部和虚部。 傅里叶变换测定阻抗频谱技术 如果扰动信号选择合适,将扰动信号E(t)和响应信号I(t)分别进行傅里叶变换变为频率域函数,则电极阻抗Z(ω)=E(ω)/I(ω),实际上采用下式计算: 式中E(ω)I*(ω)称为互功率谱;I(ω)I*(ω)称为自功率谱。 用实验测出的电极阻抗(或导纳)来分析电极过程动力学或电极│溶液界面行为时,常利用电极过程等效电路(图4),R1为电阻极化的欧姆电阻,Cd为电极│溶液界面双电层微分电容,RCT为迁越电阻,RWO和CWO、RWR和CWR分别代表反应物和产物的扩散阻抗。 阻抗频谱分析 从实验得到一系列频率下的电极阻抗后,就要进行阻抗频谱分析,求出电极过程等效电路上各元件数值,进而计算电极过程的有关参数(如交换电流i0、扩散系数D)和参量(如双电层微分电容Cd),常用的电极阻抗频谱分析方法有三种:①电极阻抗的实部Z′和虚部Z″分别对ω-1/2作图,称兰德尔斯图(图5)。 当无电阻极化时,兰德尔斯图是两条相互平行的直线段,Z ″-ω-1/2 通过坐标原点,Z -ω-1 /2在y轴的截距等于RCT,两直线的斜率均等于〔c为浓度;RT/(n2F2);R为气体常数;T为绝对温度;F为法拉第常数;n为电荷传递反应得失电子数〕。②各频率电极阻抗的实部Z′对虚部Z″作图得复数平面图,也称奈奎斯特或科尔-科尔图(图6)。由复数平面图可求得极化电阻R1RCT和扩散阻抗。半圆顶点B的角频率ωB=1/CdRCT,由ωB可求得Cd。③阻抗的模对数 lg│Z│和相位角对频率的对数作图,称为博德图。 应用 通过电极阻抗频谱和等效电路分析,交流阻抗技术将比其他电化学暂态技术易于给出电极界面和电极过程动力学的各种参数。这个技术在研究电极界面双电层结构、电极上的各种吸附行为、半导体电极(例如掺杂浓度、平带电势)和半导体电极的光电转换行为、金属表面钝化膜和电结晶过程以及其他一些电极表面过程等方面都较其他暂态技术优越。 参考书目 田昭武著:《电化学研究方法》,科学出版社,北京,1984。
