阳极泥 在水溶液电冶金过程中,附着于残阳极表面或沉淀在电解槽底的不溶性泥状物。一般为灰色,粒度约为100~200目。其中各个组分多以金属、硫化物、 硒碲化合物、氧化物、单质硫和碱式盐形态存在。不溶阳极电积过程,一般不产生阳极泥。但在锌电积过程中,溶液中的锰离子在阳极附近氧化成二氧化锰,形成阳极泥。这种阳极泥返回中性浸出(见浸取)过程,作氧化剂使用。 阳极泥中富集了贵金属、稀有金属和其他有价金属。这些金属在国民经济中占有很重要的地位,从阳极泥中提取这些金属,可以获得很大的经济效益。例如,处理铜阳极泥获得的利益,足以抵偿铜电解精炼的全部费用。为降低处理阳极泥的费用,提高稀、贵金属的回收率,各国都在研究处理阳极泥的新工艺。中国工厂处理铜、铅阳极泥,除传统流程外还采用了以下两个流程: 选冶联合流程 取消了传统流程中的贵铅熔炼并减轻了金银合金氧化精炼的负荷。先用稀硫酸和氯酸钠浸出阳极泥,使铜、硒溶解,然后用浮选法从浸出渣中选出含金银约60%的精矿,再配入苏打、石英砂、氧化铁等熔剂熔炼成金银合金。生产流程见图1。 湿法流程 阳极泥脱硒后,用湿法处理,主要工序为:①在空气搅拌条件下,用硫酸溶液浸出铜,并加入盐酸使溶出的银生成不溶的氯化银(AgCl),含铜的浸出液经浓缩结晶,产出硫酸铜;②脱铜后的阳极泥用碳酸钠和氨水浸出,银成络氨盐[Ag(NH3)2Cl]进入溶液,并使铅转变为碳酸铅;③银浸出液用水合肼(H2NNH2·H2O)还原,产出银粉;④浸出银后的氨浸渣用硝酸溶液浸出铅;⑤向分离铅后的脱铅渣加入盐酸、食盐和氯酸钠溶液溶解金,含金溶液用SO2还原,析出金粉;⑥还原金后的溶液用锌块置换得到铂、钯精矿。工艺流程见图2。
