加氢精制催化剂分子式:CAS号:性质:去除油品中的硫、氮的化合物,并使芳烃转变为环烷烃所采用的催化剂。活性组分为钼、钴、钨、磷等金属的复合氧化物或硫化物。载体为氧化铝或硅酸铝。有四种类型:(1)钴-钼型(钼酸钴型),应用最为普遍,脱硫性能好。(2)镍-钼型(钼酸镍型),具有较好的脱氮活性,多用于含氮较高的馏分油的加氢精制装置中。(3)钼、钴-镍型,脱硫脱氮性能比前两种更好。(4)镍-钨型,芳烃加氢饱和性能强,具有较大的裂化活性,适用于渣油的加氢脱硫。20世纪90年代后,相继研制出以沸石、层状硅酸铝或铝溶胶为载体的加氢精制催化剂。有圆柱形、三叶形和三叶草条形。可供直馏汽油、裂化石脑油、中间馏分油、减压馏分油、石蜡和润滑油以及为石油化工中间体加工的加氢精制之用。
