直接沉淀法直接沉淀法是制备超细微粒广泛采用的一种方法,其原理是在金属盐溶液中加入沉淀剂,在一定条件下生成沉淀析出,沉淀经洗涤、热分解等处理工艺后得到超细产物。不同的沉淀剂可以得到不同的沉淀产物,常见的沉淀剂为:nh3•h2o、naoh、(nh4)2co3、na2co3、(nh4)2c2o4等。直接沉淀法操作简单易行,对设备技术要求不高,不易引入杂质,产品纯度很高,有良好的化学计量性,成本较低。缺点是洗涤原溶液中的阴离子较难,得到的粒子粒经分布较宽,分散性较差。
