直接沉淀法直接沉淀法是制备超细微粒广泛采用的一种方法，其原理是在金属盐溶液中加入沉淀剂，在一定条件下生成沉淀析出，沉淀经洗涤、热分解等处理工艺后得到超细产物。不同的沉淀剂可以得到不同的沉淀产物，常见的沉淀剂为：nh3•h2o、naoh、(nh4)2co3、na2co3、(nh4)2c2o4等。直接沉淀法操作简单易行，对设备技术要求不高，不易引入杂质，产品纯度很高，有良好的化学计量性，成本较低。缺点是洗涤原溶液中的阴离子较难，得到的粒子粒经分布较宽，分散性较差。
