氧离子导体分子式:CAS号:性质:具有氧离子迁移特性的化合物。主要有两种结构类型:萤石型和钙钛矿型。萤石型化合物的通式为MO2,在掺杂二价或三价氧化物后,晶格内出现氧离子空位,产生氧离子导电性。除ZrO2基和ThO2基固溶体外,尚有CeO2基和Bi2O3基固溶体,在高温时有比ZrO2基固溶体更高的电导率,但在还原气氛下易被还原。钙钛矿型氧离子导体为掺杂ABO3型化合物,氧离子电导率和离子迁移数皆较ZrO2基固溶体低,如CaTi1-xAlxO3-x/2。
