氮氢分离膜分子式:CAS号:性质:氢气和氮气透过时,其分离系数大于1,而能使氢气富集的气体分离膜。膜材料大都为聚砜、乙酸纤维素酯、聚酰亚胺、聚4-甲基-1-戊烯等。其几何形状都是中空纤维型的,主要用于回收合成氨厂的合成氨弛放气中的氢,也可用于石油化工厂和炼油厂等多种气体混合物中分离氢。使用时一般都在13MPa左右的高压下操作,回收率在95%以上,回收氢的平均纯度接近90%。所以要求氮氢分离膜能耐高压、高温,分离系数必须大于120,渗透速率也要求较高,才具有工业使用价值。
