相转化分子式:CAS号:性质:相转化是指铸膜液的溶剂体系为连续相的一个高分子溶液,转变为高分子是连续相的一个溶胀的三维大分子网络式凝胶的过程。这种凝胶就构成了相转化膜。例如在铸膜液的制膜过程中,由高分子溶液转化成固相的高分子分离膜。聚砜铸膜液是以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为连续相的高分子溶液,在平板玻璃上刮制成均匀的液膜后,立即浸入水中,二甲基乙酰胺溶入水里,这就使以溶剂为连续相的高分子溶液,转变成以聚砜为连续相的三维大分子网络式凝胶,形成了聚砜分离膜,这一转变过程,称相转化。
