TiO_2 solTiO2溶胶
1.A photocatalytic film-coated fluorescent lamp with good formaldehyde-degrading ability was then fabricated by coating F-TiO_2 sol on the surface of a common fluorescent lamp and drying the film at 120 to 280℃,and the photocatalytic refining activity of the lamp was evaluated by using the air containing formaldehyde as the simulated contaminated air.以钛酸丁酯为前驱物,采用溶胶-凝胶-水热晶化法制备了锐钛型氟掺杂TiO2(F-TiO2)溶胶;把F-TiO2溶胶涂覆在荧光灯管上,经低温(120~280℃)烘干后,制备了具有光催化净化空气功能荧光灯。
2.In order to overcome some drawbacks of using nano particles in textile finishing,such as aggregation of the particles and difficulty in dispersion,nano?-TiO_2 sol was prepared by sol-gel method.针对纺织品整理时直接使用纳米粒子存在易团聚、分散较困难的问题,采用溶胶凝胶法制备纳米TiO2溶胶,再将其制成织物整理剂。

1.The TiO2 thin films were prepared from anatase TiO2 hydrosol by the dip coating method,the as-prepared thin films was characterized by TEM and Raman scattering spectrum.利用所制备的锐钛矿型TiO2水溶胶提拉法成膜,用Raman和TEM分析了TiO2薄膜的晶型和基团结构。

CaO-TiO2-SiO2 ceramics分子式:CAS号:性质:在CaO-TiO2-SiO2三元系统中以CaSiO3与TiO2或以CaTiSiO5与CaTiO3为基料的陶瓷材料。其结构特点是两种晶相共存,性能受晶相比例影响。配比可在一定范围内调节。主要原料为碳酸钙、二氧化钛、二氧化硅,加入少量改性添加剂,经配料、磨细、混合、成型、烧成等工序获得制品,也可先用碳酸钙和二氧化硅高温下合成硅酸钙,用碳酸钙、二氧化硅、二氧化钛高温下合成钛硅酸钙后再进行配料、烧成等,以确保两晶相共存。主要介电性能为:介电常数80~110,介质损耗角正切值(0.8~2.5)×10-4,介电常数温度系数(-450~+550)×10-6/℃。抗电温度(45~55)kV/mm,电阻率(1011~1012)Ω·cm。主要用作温度补偿型陶瓷电容器瓷料。
