相分离纺丝分子式:CAS号:性质:指二元或多元组分的聚合物溶液在纺丝前后因温度、压力变化而产生相分离并成纤的方法。一般适用于难以成纤或不宜熔纺的聚合物,可采用单一或混合溶剂,原液浓度约10%~30%,纺丝温度(相分离临界温度)应高于室温而低于挤出温度。设备与干法相仿,生产能力大,但适用的聚合物-溶剂体系窄,只有聚丙烯腈-水、聚2,6-二甲基对苯醚-己内酰胺、聚丙烯-萘/石蜡(50:50)、聚乙烯醇-尿素/硫脲/水(72:8:20)等才选用此法。
