曙红分子式:CAS号:性质:又称四溴荧光黄或四溴荧光素(tetrabromofluorescein)。酸性染料。通常使用的是其二钠盐,又称曙红Y或C.I.酸性红87。红色结晶或棕红色粉末。易溶于水呈玫瑰色,并带绿色荧光。稍溶于醇,不溶于醚。将荧光黄(C.I.酸性黄73)在水或醇溶液中溴化制得。用作AgNO3滴定Br—,I—,SCN‑的吸附指示剂,终点时由橙色变为红紫色。曙红阴离子与铁、钴、镍的邻二氮菲络阳离子形成缔合物,被氯仿萃取后,用于金属离子的荧光测定。
