线型低密度聚乙烯分子式:CAS号:性质:由乙烯与α-烯烃(1-丁烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯)共聚而成的低密度聚乙烯,共聚单体含量8%~15%,每1000个主链碳原子上大约含20个短支链,且短支链呈无规则分布。结晶度55%。密度0.91~0.925g/cm3。熔融温度122℃。与低密度聚乙烯相比,耐环境应力开裂性好,熔点高10~15℃,使用温度范围宽,拉伸强度、冲击强度高3倍。强度相同的薄膜,其厚度可减薄20%~25%,但加工性差,需加入助剂或低密度聚乙烯共混。工业生产采用低压气相法、溶液法、淤浆法和高压法等工艺,由乙烯聚合而成。用途有薄膜、蒸煮袋、垃圾袋、重包装袋、防水材料、电线电缆护套、灌溉用水管,各种瓶、罐、容器、玩具等。
