十氢萘分子式:C10H18分子量:138.25CAS号:91-17-8性质:无色液体。由萘加氢生产的工业十氢萘,是顺式和反式异构体的混合物。不溶于水,与乙醇、乙醚、丙酮和苯混溶。类似甲醇气味,蒸气呈紫色。闪点57℃。制备方法:工业上由萘在镍催化剂存在下进行催化加氢得到两种异构体的等量混合物。如果需要较纯的异构体,可将工业级十氢萘用浓硫酸洗至酸层无色。然后碱洗、水洗,分去水层,用干燥剂干燥。减压精馏,在130块理论塔板的塔中,回流比接近145:1,可得纯度达99.93%(重量)的顺式异构体;在200块理论塔板的塔中,回流比为160:1,可得纯度达99.97%的反式异构体。用途:可用作涂料的溶剂,用于提取脂肪和蜡,代替松节油用于鞋油、地板蜡的制造,可与苯和乙醇配成混合物,作为内燃机的燃料。
