氧化偶氮苯分子式:C12H10N2O分子量:198.22CAS号:495-48-7性质:该品为浅黄色针状晶体。熔点为36℃,沸腾分解,相对密度1.1590(26/4℃),折光率1.652,不溶于水(溶解性<0.1g/100mL at20℃),溶于乙醇和乙醚,易溶于石油醚。制备方法:硝基苯经还原而得。在反应锅内投入硝基苯、氢氧化钠溶液,升温至60℃,慢慢加入葡萄糖液,在65-75℃下保温1h,即反应生成氧化偶氮苯。实验室制备实例:在带回流装置的500ml烧瓶中,加入30g氢氧化钠和100ml水配成的溶液,再加入20.5g纯的硝基苯,在水浴中加热,温度保持在55-60℃。在搅拌下分多次加入总量为21g的无水葡萄糖,约1h加完。在沸水浴中加热2h。然后将热的反应物进行水蒸气蒸馏,除去未反应的硝基苯和反应副产物苯胺。当馏出液呈澄清时(约蒸出1L),将剩余物倒入烧杯中,冰浴冷却。反应物很快凝固,将其研碎、水洗,在滤纸上晾干,得13g纯品,熔点35-35.5℃,产率79%,有乙醇重结晶,熔点为36℃。用途:有机合成中间体。
