聚酰亚胺膜分子式:CAS号:性质:聚酰亚胺具有优良的耐热性和氧化稳定性,并构成刚性稳定的聚合物,曾认为其骨架中不存在-NH-官能团,应是抗氯氧化性的,可把聚酰亚胺作为一种有代表性的反渗透膜材料,但可能由于合成时聚酰胺酸向聚酰亚胺的转化是不定量的,或者可能是苯环被卤化,所以是不抗氯的,因而从研究把聚酰亚胺制作反渗透膜转向了气体分离膜,并得到了较快的发展,用于气体分离的工业聚酰亚胺膜材料的主要原料是二联苯四羧二酐(BPDA)和4,4′-二氨基二苯醚,其机械性能好,不溶于二甲基乙酰胺和N-甲基吡咯烷酮,在一种特殊的溶剂中纺丝制成中空纤维,成为能在高温下使用具有高效的气体分离膜,其他不同类型的均苯四甲酸酐和芳香二胺合成的各种结构的聚酰亚胺对其他气体的分离特性也正在研究中,由于聚酰亚胺合成和制膜的条件苛刻,所以成本高,而阻碍了在膜分离技术中进一步的应用。
