半干法成型分子式:CAS号:性质:借助于外力和模型,将适合于某种成型操作的泥料加工成具有一定形状、尺寸和强度的坯体或制品的过程称为成型。机压成型法使用压砖机和钢制模具将泥料压制成坯体。常用的设备有液压机、杠杆曲轴压砖机、回转压砖机和摩擦压砖机等。因一般采用含水量约为5%的半干泥料,故也称为半干法成型。机压成型具有坯体结构致密,强度高,干燥和烧成收缩小,尺寸易控制等特点。机压成型按加压方式又可分为单面加压和双面加压两种,后者可减少坯体的分层现象。
