筛孔塔板分子式:CAS号:性质:是一种带有降液管的塔板,其上开以筛孔,气体通过筛孔上升,穿越液层,形成鼓泡区,进行传质。筛孔大小根据具体情况而异。在空分精馏塔等低温装置中,筛孔直径小到0.9mm左右;早期酒精工业常用的孔径为2~3mm;近代的筛板塔的筛板孔一般用4~8mm;对于大型塔及易产生堵阻的情况,可用10~25mm的筛孔。过去往往认为筛板塔操作是不稳定的,现已设计出具有一定操作弹性的筛板,对于筛板水平度等的要求,亦并非过于苛严。目前,筛板塔仍较广泛地应用于化工生产装置中。
