多层流化床分子式：CAS号：性质：多层流化床与单层流化床相比，有以下优点：(1)在多层床内，由于流体与固体的逆流接触，可沿床高建立起浓度和温度梯度，增加传质和传热的推动力，提高传递过程进行的完全程度和热能利用率；(2)在连续固相加工过程中，由于多层流化床有良好的物料停留时间分布，可提高物料的转化率和产品的均一程度。多层流化床的结构大致可分为穿流式多层流化床和溢流式多层流化床两种。穿流式多层流化床的结构简单，但在筛板开孔率比较大时，床内返混严重，在筛板开孔率低时，设备操作弹性比较小，气速稍高将发生泛料，气速稍低则发生漏料。设计和操作都要比较慎重。对于溢流式多层床溢流管是一个较敏感的构件，设计不当可能发生卡料、喷料、窜气等一系列不正常操作，一般可采用适当地加大溢流管阻力的办法，增加溢流管的稳定性。
