简单蒸馏 又称微分蒸馏，一种间歇操作的单级蒸馏方法。将料液分批加到蒸馏釜（见图）中，加热使之不断汽化，产生的蒸气立即移出予以冷凝，成为馏出液，易挥发组分在馏出液中得以增浓。蒸馏过程中，釜液所含易挥发组分的浓度不断下降，馏出液浓度也随之降低。因此，馏出液可分段收集，釜内余下的残液最后一次排出。简单蒸馏所产生的蒸气，基本上与当时的釜液达到相平衡状态，但全部馏出液的平均组成，并不与残液组成互相平衡。 受相平衡比的限制，简单蒸馏的分离程度不高。通常用于混合液的初步分离，也用于石油产品的某些物理指标的评定。
