PALL膜过滤系统的应用研究1、前言金威啤酒生产二厂的纯生啤酒膜过滤系统系1997年引进德国赛茨（Seitz）公司的设备，于1998年投入生产运行，原设计过滤能力30千升/时，采用赛茨公司0.45微米40英寸除菌滤芯，每批次54支，批次过滤寿命2,000千升～3,000千升。因滤芯质量及产品售后服务等问题，后改用英国DH公司作为技术支持和滤芯供应商，采用价格相对较低的0.65微米30英寸滤芯，其流量尚能满足包装能力的要求，但啤酒最高过滤批次仅为5,000千升左右。在生产中，必须严格加强上游微生物的管理下，这成为纯生啤酒品质安全和产能发挥的制约因素，并对公司纯生啤酒品牌构成威胁。为彻底解决困扰金威纯生啤酒生产的瓶颈问题，经反复调查，并与纯生啤酒膜过滤系统设备制造商美国颇尔公司（Pall）多次交流和论证，其间参观考察了颇尔公司的纯生啤酒膜过滤设备在深圳青岛啤酒朝日有限公司、燕京啤酒集团公司实际运行的状况。在金威二厂生产现场，对设备现状进行进一步诊断分析，对该系统设备的改造方案，如设备配置、技术工艺、质量控制、CIP清洗等进行了论证，特别对电气及自动化控制部分联机操作进行了论证及试验，提出了项目可行性分析报告。本文通过分析金威生产二厂原纯生啤酒膜过滤系统存在的问题，提出了对其进行技改的意义、原则及方案。经生产实际应用，达到了预期效果，并证明PALL膜过滤系统技术先进、工艺可靠、操作方便，灵活性强且经济适用。2、项目技改的意义及原则对该项纯生啤酒膜过滤系统进行技改。做到：①满足工艺要求，保证产品质量；②提高生产效率；③降低生产成本；④提高生产可靠性与灵活性。这样对提高金威二厂技术装备和管理水平也将产生十分有益的作用。经分析，我们认为此项技改必须依照如下原则：(1)要采用当今最成熟可靠的纯生膜过滤系统技术和设备，确保改造后金威二厂装备水平的先进性，经济性，以及使用中的安全可靠性和便利性；(2)改造后的生产能力在应用0.45微米滤材条件下，要确保满足32千升/时的流量要求，啤酒产品完全符合国家标准；(3)改造后的纯生膜过滤系统必须与现有过滤车间的控制系统和设备实现完全无兼容，并作汉化处理；(4)未来滤芯耗材的供应稳定可靠，实现消耗下降，成本节约；(5)改造工期和进程不能影响金威二厂纯生啤酒对市场的保障；(6)改造工程成本低，投资回收快。3、项目技改的方案及措施经与颇尔公司技术人员共同研究，采用颇尔CFS集束式纯生啤酒膜过滤系统技术及设备对现有设备进行技术改造。
